Vitaarah Ayurveda provides classical Ayurvedic treatments, consultations, herbal wellness programmes, and related wellness education through our clinic and digital platforms. Our services include but are not limited to:

VItaarah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments made through our website, WhatsApp, lead forms, or phone are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation from Vitaarah.

• Pre-treatment consultation: All first-time patients are required to complete a health intake form and brief dosha assessment prior to their first treatment. This allows our practitioners to customise therapies safely.
• Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the same fee, at the discretion of the clinic.
• Contraindications: You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and health history at the time of booking and during your consultation. Vaidyashala is not liable for adverse reactions arising from withheld health information.
• Treatment packages: Package sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions do not carry forward beyond the stated period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our patients and our practitioners, whose time is scheduled exclusively for each session.

Cancellation Notice

• 48+ hours notice: Full credit or rescheduling at no charge.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% session fee applicable or rescheduling permitted once.
• Less than 24 hours / No-show: Full session fee charged. No refund or rescheduling credit will be issued.

Refunds

• Treatment packages: Refunds for unused package sessions are available within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% administrative fee. After 30 days, sessions may be transferred but not refunded.
• Herbal products: Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Digital content & consultations: Completed online consultations and digital programme purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Our treatments are offered as complementary wellness support and are not intended to replace, substitute for, or serve as an alternative to conventional modern medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.
